\nFounder and entrepreneur<\/p>\n

At the end of the nineties Karoline Beck together with investors led the family company out of the crisis and acquired among foreign third parties a portion of IWG Isolier Wendt GmbH. Within 10 years, she led the regionally rooted handicraft company to become a globally operating environmental technology company based in Berlin, Russia and South Africa. In 2013, she handed over the company to her long-standing business partner.<\/p>\n

Karoline Beck is convinced that as an entrepreneur one should take care of a successor in time, which can give the company new impulses in addition to continuity.<\/p>\n
